We hope to make purchasing furniture online as simple as possible, and we are here to help in any way. If you are unsatisfied with a product bought through Blue Box's Online Store, please contact us at design@bybluebox.com

Task Chairs: free returns within 10 days of receipt, in original packaging and in new condition. 

All Other Products: returnable within 10 days of receipt, but subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping charges. 

Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: all returns from these places will be charged a return shipping fee.

Projects: For any changes or cancellations regarding projects, please reach out to your Blue Box Sales Rep. Each project has an assigned manufacturer's date to which no changes can be made. 

Online Store: To ship your order in a timely manner, our manufacturing facilities begin producing your order immediately after we receive it. So once your order is placed, you will be unable to change or cancel your order. For more information about your options, please contact design@bybluebox.com.

Project Order Status: please contact your Blue Box Sales Rep. 

Online Order Status: you can access your order status by contacting customer service at design@bybluebox.com. Please reference your order number or forward your order email confirmation. 

Instructions are sent with products that require assembly. If you are missing instructions please reach out to our customer service team by email.

Projects: Blue Box accepts payments for projects via ACH, Direct Deposit or Check. Please contact Blue Box Accounting for any questions or clarifications. Please mail checks to 111 W. Louisiana Street, McKinney, TX 75069.

Online Store: Blue Box Online Store accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit, debit, or check cards associated with a billing address within the United States and most United States territories.

Upon purchase through Blue Box's Online Store you will see that your credit card will reflect an authorization charge. Your credit card will not be charged the full and accurate amount until your product(s) have shipped.

When you provide Blue Box with your card information, Blue Box obtains a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place.

Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay order processing.

Blue Box stands behind Steelcase's Limited Lifetime Warranty. Blue Box's backing is for products purchased through Blue Box's Online Store or any product featured in a Blue Box Project.
